Rear cabin with berth on SB side and equipment storage on Port side.

Tool chest and work bench built across back.

In excellent condition throughout.

Installed new Yanmar 2YM15 in 2008.

Has 500 hours with excellent maintenance.

Burns 1.0 liter per hour at 5.5 knots and 2500 rpm.

Sails: New North roller furling jib (135%) and fully battened North main in last five years.

Harken roller furling.

All new standing rigging and lifelines in last five years.

Most running rigging new.

Three-line Lazy Jacks done with Harken parts.

Six part Ronstan main sheet system.

Sandblasted and sanded bottom in 2013.
